Clients who do not own agricultural land are then given the opportunity to invest by purchasing defined portions of the estate, rather than acquiring independent land.

Julita Coffee Works takes full responsibility for the establishment, management, and development of the coffee farm on behalf of each investor — including nursery planting, agronomy, farm management, harvesting, and production operations — ensuring that every portion of land is professionally cultivated to commercial standards.
